What you’ll need

• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, with strong knowledge of financial data, core banking systems, payment platforms, and risk management frameworks.
• A relevant tertiary qualification or certification in Business Analysis is preferred, and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is essential.
• You should also be familiar with business process management tools like JIRA and Visio and be proficient in SQL. Exposure to digital banking, fintech, or AI-driven banking solutions will be advantageous.
