What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

What you’ll need

• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly within the FMCG retail industry.
• A relevant tertiary qualification or certificate in Business Analysis (e.g., FTI, IIBA, or SAFe) is preferred.
• You should be well-versed in Agile/Scrum methodologies and have experience with business process management tools such as JIRA and Visio. Proficiency in SQL is advantageous. Strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to manage multiple deliveries, and a solution-oriented mindset are essential.
