Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Specialist Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and develop a comprehensive view of our business strategy, processes, information, and IT assets. This role is pivotal in aligning business objectives with technology capabilities to ensure sustainable, agile, and adaptable solutions that meet current and future organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand and document business strategy, processes, and information flows.
• Develop and maintain models and views that represent the organization’s current and future state.
• Align business mission and strategy with IT strategy to drive cohesive transformation.
• Integrate business needs, capabilities, technology, and processes into efficient and effective solutions.
• Operate at the highest levels of abstraction, ambiguity, and complexity to deliver strategic insights.
• Perform detailed and high-level business analysis tasks across various domains and specialties.
• Apply industry-recognized Business Analysis frameworks and methodologies to guide decision-making.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
• Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees

Experience

• Proven experience in business analysis within complex organizational environments.
• Mastery of industry-standard Business Analysis knowledge areas (e.g., BABOK).
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to work across varying levels of detail—from strategic to operational.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture and modeling tools is a plus.
