Business Analyst at Wipro Ltd.

Role Purpose:

• Good Understanding of Banking domain in general with a good knowledge of Retail, Commercial or Investment Banking areas.
• Should have a good understand of the various banking platforms and ability understand technical architecture will be an advantage
• Should have a hands on experience in Business Process design techniques and building process flows using MS-Visio,
• Knowledge of creating UML and Sequence diagram will be added advantage.
• Ability to understand Incident data, root cause of the incident and the resolution provided with minimal information available
• Should have good communications skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with Incident management tools for e.g. Remedy will be an advantage.
