Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Advanced Diploma in Information Systems related qualification.
• TOGAF
• Strategy Certificate
• Business Architecture Certification.
• Relevant 5 - 7 years’ experience in business architecture related environment.

Key Performance Areas

• Establish Business Architecture Capability (CoE)
• Align the business architecture methodology to the maturity.

Develop Business Outcome Value Streams (for each Business Unit)

• Liaise with key stakeholders in each of the business units to assess and understand critical processes and value chains that drive the business unit strategy as well as the overall strategy. 

Update TOM with Requisite Granular Component Details

• Liaise with key stakeholders in each of the business units to assess and understand critical processes and value chains that drive the business unit strategy as well as the company overall strategy.

Update Business Capability Model to a Granular Level

• Liaise with key stakeholders in each of the business units to assess and understand critical processes and value chains that drive the business unit strategy as well as the company overall strategy. 

Deliver end-to-end Business Architecture Blueprint

• Organisational structure.
• Value chain models.
• Process streams and models.
• Business domain mappings.
• Capability models
• Balance scorecards.
• Supply chain models.

Policy Review and Implementation

• Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policy, standards and procedures and processes.
• Keep up to date with effective policy and practice execution strategies.

Reporting

• Prepare and submit regulation reports as and when required to provide progress updates and/or inform management decisions.
• Develop functional reporting systems, for management, projects or performance reporting.

Stakeholder Management

• Facilitate and manage communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders in relation to investments and proactively and progressively manage the relationships.
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers or procurement teams and ensure that all relevant procured items are invoiced and paid on Time.
