The opportunity

This role will provide you with opportunities to apply your knowledge and experience in delivering pragmatic solutions to our clients. You will build valuable relationships with primarily financial services clients and develop strong capabilities, through both formal training and working with senior mentors and talented colleagues.

Your Key Responsibilities

Contribute to actuarial consulting and audit assignments globally. Audit support on Local GAAP and IFRS audit, both life and non-life segments. Being part of a team of Finance, Actuarial and insurance professionals. Actively contribute to a wide range of client projects by mentoring small teams of junior trainees as part of a larger project, including performance management.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Qualified CA (SA) with completed CFA is an added advantage
• Completed articles with experience in the insurance/finance industry or consulting/audit
• Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience in using statistical software
• Knowledge in IFRS standards and/or Solvency II
   

Ideally, you also have

• Knowledge of a programming language and/or algorithmic thinking is an advantage
• Willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs
