• Our Control Hub teams are a first line of defence providing the ING business and functions with guidance and standardised solutions in the area of Non-Financial and IT Risk Key Control Testing. Given the span of scope you will be working with many colleagues from different disciplines, geographies and backgrounds.
• Responsibility of the team is to assess the design and operating effectiveness of Key Controls embedded in our bank processes with respect to their ability to sufficiently mitigate inherent critical and high non-financial risks that exists within ING. The team plays an integral role in managing the risk of ING as the design and operation of the key controls can prevent material events from occurring and going undetected.
• We are expanding our team and searching for an Expert who has, or is able to acquire, extensive knowledge level of the domain.

In Practice This Means You Will

• Identify improvement potential in the process and support key stakeholders in preparing and implementing process improvements, lead quick fix initiatives
• Improve quality of services by recommending, promoting and implementing process changes and improvements
• Oversee quarterly planning and facilitate under or over capacity discussions
• Ensures proper knowledge retention and utilization for all teams
• Ensure newcomers are properly onboarded into the team and receive all necessary training and support
• Concisely and accurately present feedback to team members on inaccuracies found, consult and coach team members from expertise point of view, facilitate knowledge transfer to close identified knowledge gaps
• Consult with CoE on complex cases, testing approach, planning and strategy for centralized testing
