Finance Demand

• Business Intelligence and Insights
• Competitor Benchmarking
• Sales Plan Enablement
• Provide input into Quarterly Remcoms
• Initiate the Channel Economics Review and provide implementation plans
• Provide periodic analysis of channel economics
• Research and Provide external benchmarks
• Regular engagement with Channel Finance on requirements
• Provide all line management with a scorecard and feed demand into Channel BIU
• Monthly engagements with Channel BIU on requirements and advise on priority
• Ensure Quarterly meetings are convened and Actions are tracked with owners
• Ensure Prioritisation and input from the field

Productivity Enablement

• Productivity Demand Management
• Business Reporting
• Consolidate ALL PFA Productivity Initiatives and drive execution

OML  collaboration

• Collaboration initiatives with Wealth
• Retailisation support initiatives
• Old Mutual Insure
• ALG Platform and Relationship
• DFA Collaboration
• Manage demand into PF Retention and Persistency Board

Drive better persistency and outflow retention

• Develop Channel Retention  and Persistency plans

Customer Solutions Demand Management

• Leads Demand Management
• Manage overall SAT Deployment plans into the channel
