Qualifications
Requirements:
Minimum 10 Years Of Work Experience In A Human Capital Management Consulting Role With Strong Focus On Business Development
Strong Competence In Human Resources And Human Capital Management Or Related Fields Such As Rewards, Talent Management, Organisational Design
Proven Track Record Of Success In Business Development, Sales, Or A Related Role.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Fluency In English.
Results-Oriented With A Focus On Achieving And Exceeding Targets.
Demonstrated Success In Closing Deals And Achieving Revenue Targets
