    Business Development Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Prospecting- identify and prioritise target customers- specifically large businesses
    • Contacting- engaging potential target customers and pitch the product
    • Attend sales meetings
    • Create and negotiate commercial proposals
    • Close deals!
    • Manage the sales pipline ensuring high quality dealflow
    • Attend relevant industry events

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience
    • Minimum 1 year experience in the recruitment / HR tech industry
    • Understanding of the HR tech space- specifically job portals and applicant tracking systems
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Proficiency in MS Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Strong interest in tech startups
