    Business Development Executive

    Role description

    Our Business Development Executives play a key role in developing and extending our corporate client relationships. The role offers an exciting opportunity for unlimited earnings and a competitive environment in which the success is rewarded with career progression.

    The successful candidate will need to be a team player, buy into our mission and bring a track record of success.

    You will have:

    • Proven track record of successful corporate sales
    • Driven character, strong work ethic, and determination to succeed
    • Excellent organization and time management skills
    • Outstanding communication, both written and verbal
    • Significant experience in recruitment, education or HR solutions fields
    • Worked for a past employer for more than 3 years
    • Willingness to travel locally and nationally to meetings as required

    The role would entail the following:

    • Developing new opportunities and working leads to build a solid pipeline of prospects
    • Formulating proposals / presentations for existing and potential clients
    • Building client relationships that generate year on year account growth
    • Offering creative solutions and client focused services
    • Managing pipeline and providing accurate sales forecasts based on client demand
    • Networking and connection into industry forums and platforms to position MasterStart
    • Ensuring enrolments, payment arrangements and sales processes are completed, working closely with our various departments to ensure efficient service delivery
    • Keeping abreast of new programmes, industry trends and learning methods
    • Product focused marketing and strategic promotion of new programmes
    • Managing internal stakeholders and providing regular feedback to the teams
    • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes

    Remuneration:

    • R20-25k CTC per month depending on experience
    • Uncapped Commission
