We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Regional Head: FX Product House (FXPH) to lead our regional Forex business. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, executing sales strategies, and delivering innovative foreign exchange and cross-border solutions to our clients.
As a senior leader and FAIS Representative, you will play a critical role in shaping regional strategy, building high-performing teams, and ensuring strong governance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Revenue Growth: Deliver on regional FX and cross-border revenue targets while expanding wallet share and market presence
Lead Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a regional Forex sales strategy across key industries and client segments
Client Leadership: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, providing tailored solutions aligned to their needs
Commercial Execution: Oversee structuring and execution of complex FX and hedging solutions in collaboration with product and global markets teams
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team, driving a culture of accountability and excellence
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate across FNB and RMB coverage, product, risk, and operations teams to deliver integrated client solutions
Market Development: Identify new growth opportunities, including cross-border corridors and emerging markets
Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to SARB, Exchange Control, and FAIS requirements, maintaining a strong risk and governance culture
What We’re Looking For
8–12+ years’ experience in FX, Global Markets, Trade Finance, or Payments
Proven leadership experience in sales, client coverage, or business development
Strong understanding of Forex, Trade, and cross-border payments solutions
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and execute strategy
FAIS compliance (RE exams and regulatory requirements)
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving ability
