What you’ll do 

This position consists of three focus points: 

• Lead the development of Crusher Wears services to both Aggregates and Mining segments. 
• Development of new services and service concepts to support our profitable growth. 
• Lead implementation of service concepts 

Who you are 

• Prior experience and understanding in Mining and Aggregates businesses including knowledge about crushers and crusher wears. 
• Excellent business and commercial understanding, with the ability to continuously improve existing solutions. 
• Customer focused mindset and experience working in service-oriented environment 
• Interest and capability for concept development, whether refining product features, exploring new markets, or enhancing services. 
• Full working proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
