Our client is looking to employ a Business Development Manager, with a Proven track record in Process Plant and equipment sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop business relationships and strategic partnerships for the company to increase business growth and opportunities for process equipment
Identify opportunities and develop the market for Process Equipment and Plant
Focus on Separation equipment, Screening, Vibrating feeders and other Process related equipment
Develop client solutions for identified opportunities, including flow sheets, product selection and plant designs
Build a strong business relationship with Project houses
Develop the sales management for Process equipment together with the sales manager to ensure that the client’s needs are matched to the company’s capabilities and product benefits
Identify risk on Process equipment contracts and develop strategies
Training, developing and mentoring of direct and support staff aligned with KPI’s
Ability to performance manage staff
Assist in conducting Performance Appraisals for all relevant staff members
Assisting in the setting of sales budget and maintaining forecasts
Follow Quality measures in terms of ISO 9001:2008 procedures
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar position in Mining and comminution environment
Proven understanding of Process Plant, Sales Management and Business principals
Proven budgeting & financial modelling experience
Exposure and knowledge of the Mining & Minerals Processing industry and market
