    Business Development Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking other sales techniques
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth
    • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documentation to prospective clients
    • Track and report on sales performance and pipeline activity, providing regular updates to management

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
    • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
