Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching RFQs, initiating cold calls, networking, and leveraging internal marketing efforts.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured and detailed approach to managing leads and tracking sales pipeline performance.
Proposal & Brief Management: Draft tailored proposals that clearly articulate our value proposition and align with client briefs.
Sales Target Driven: Drive the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with technical, creative, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of client requirements.
Product Marketing & Strategy: Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect our offerings.
Market & Digital Strategy: Stay abreast of digital trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape in order to identify new market opportunities.
What you should have:
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in business development or product marketing within a digital or technology-driven environment.
Demonstrated ability to work with enterprise-level clients and internal sales teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft proposals, briefs, and strategic documents.
A deep understanding of digital marketing, technology trends, and scalable software solutions.
Proactive in generating leads through RFQs, cold calling, networking, and internal marketing efforts.
Target driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and incentivized for closing deals.
