    Replenishment Team Leader

    Job responsibilities:

    • Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of stock control staff to ensure high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and optimal performance.
    • Provide clear and concise updates to both the night shift team and management regarding goods and consumables.
    • Ensure all stock-related records are kept up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.
    • Manage stock discrepancies, perform investigations, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
    • Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and overstocking, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
    • Develop and implement stock control processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
    • Ensure that the hand over process between the night and day shifts are handled with synergy and that the relevant info is passed through to the next shift.
    • Mentor and develop team members, enhancing their skills and performance through regular coaching and training.
    • Adherence to compliance, SOP’s and company policies
    • Provide regular daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Matric certificate (Minimum requirement). Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management (BCom Supply Chain Preferred)
    • 3-5 Years experience in a stock control or inventory role.
    • Previous experience leading or managing a team.
    • Flexibility to work night shift (typically 16:00 PM – 00:00 AM)
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Administrative Skills
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to resolve stock discrepancies effectively.
    • Strong communication (verbal and written)
    •  Interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in warehouse management systems, stock management systems and basic computer applications e.g. Book Master and Microsoft Office suit.

    Home Page Editor

    Job outputs:

    • As a Netwerk24 home editor, you are expected to publish copy quickly and flawlessly on the website, by optimally enriching stories.
    • Use the information from data tools to optimally present a variety of stories.
    • Keep readers updated on major stories and breaking news by sending “push notifications”.
    • Analyse site traffic and continuously try to improve and increase traffic by enhancing the offering on the homepage.
    • Communicate with different departments and respond quickly, efficiently, and timely to requests and messages on various communication platforms.
    • As a home editor, you are also expected to manage on-duty journalists over weekends and sometimes in the evenings. This requires you to stay up to date with breaking news and quickly write it yourself or assign it to journalists, and then publish the story factually correct and flawlessly online.

    Business Analyst

    What you would do:

    • Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Develop detailed documentation including user stories, functional specifications, and process diagrams to capture business needs and project requirements.
    • Product refinement: Collaborate with product owners and development team to refine product vision and align features with client objectives.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

    Senior Project Manager

    What the role entails:
