What you should have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Proven experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a project management environment.
Strong background in process improvement methodologies and operational excellence.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
