- The House Manager will act as the main point of contact for a variety of household staff, contractors and service providers.

- Act as the point of contact for gardeners, landscapers, maintenance teams, cleaners and other household staff.
- Arrange and oversee household maintenance and repairs. Coordinate appointments with plumbers, electricians, builders, technicians and other contractors. Liaise with the family's architect and other professional service providers when required.

AIRBNB & RENTAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
- The House Manager will act as a key point of contact for the family's rental properties, including:

- Organising repairs and maintenance.
- Following up on issues at the properties.
- Ensuring properties are properly prepared and maintained.
- Coordinating access for contractors and service providers.
- Assisting with the general day-to-day administration and smooth running of the rental properties.
- Keeping the family updated on any problems, maintenance requirements or guest-related matters.
Requirements:
- Confident, good cook who can prepare family meals. Mature, experienced and highly responsible. Previous experience as a House Manager, Governess, Senior Nanny or Family Assistant.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage a busy household independently. Extremely flexible and available to work approximately 50 hours per week, including late evenings and Friday/Saturday night collections.
- Personal circumstances must allow for this level of flexibility and availability. Excellent driver with a valid license and own reliable vehicle.
