Au Pair | Bryanston | R15 000 Per Month at Au Pair Extraordinaire

• Working hours: Monday – Friday 12:00 – 18:00 and every 2nd Saturday 12:00 – 18:00
• School holiday hours: Same as above / Slightly Flexible
• A family is looking for an AU PAIR for their 3 children
• Area: Bryanston
• Children’s Ages: 18 month old, 5 and 8 years old - Girls
• Working hours: Monday – Friday 12:00 – 18:00 and every 2nd Saturday 12:00 – 18:00
• School holiday hours: Same as above / Slightly Flexible
• Duties: School collections, the main focus is on the 18 month old and all her needs including hands on childcare duties. Supervising and assisting the older children with homework and reading, preparing snacks and simple meals for the children, assisting with baths and the children’s evening routine where necessary, keeping the children’s bedrooms, play areas and belongings organised, ensure school bags are preparation for the following day, and driving the children to activities where required. Ad hoc household errands may be required as well.
• Special Requirements: The family is looking for an experienced au pair who is very comfortable with hands-on childcare, particularly caring for a 18 month old, while also being capable of assisting with and transporting the older children. The ideal candidate should be caring, responsible, hands-on, organised, proactive and comfortable managing the needs of children of different ages.
• Start Date and contract term: ASAP – permanent
• Salary: R15 000pm (Gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.95)

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
