Service Administrator

Job Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- A valid Drivers License (Advantageous)
- Proven Motor Industry Bookings Clerk, Service Administrator, or similar experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, CMS, Keyloop, or a similar DMS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Afrikaans)
- Comfortable communicating professionally via WhatsApp and keeping track of multiple chats and vehicle bookings.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Stable work history
- Contactable references
You will need the following documents and experience to apply.
- A FULL CV in Word or PDF format - Must include Company Names, Dates of Employment and Reasons for Leaving. Our system does NOT support scanned CV’s
- A Recent Photograph of yourself
- Copy of your ID/ Drivers License
- All Qualifications on ONE document
