Au Pair | Tamboerskloof | R15 000 Per Month at Au Pair Extraordinaire

• Working hours: Monday - Friday: 15h00 - 19h00, flexibility is needed to assist with teen transport between 18h00 and 23h00 on Friday or Saturday evenings. Candidate must remain available for these evenings.
• A family is looking for an AU PAIR for their children aged 17 years old, 15 years old, 12 years old and 7 years old
• Area: Tamboerskloof
• Ages: 17 years old, 15 years old, 12 years old and 7 years old
• Working hours: Monday - Friday: 15h00 - 19h00, flexibility is needed to assist with teen transport between 18h00 and 23h00 on Friday or Saturday evenings. Candidate must remain available for these evenings.
• Duties: Manage the children's daily routines and schedules. Collect from school, transport children to and from extracurricular activities, appointments, friends' homes and social engagements. Assist with homework, reading and general academic support. Ensure school bags, sports bags and other items are packed and ready as required.
• Ensure children have everything they need for school, activities, outings and appointments. Prepare snacks and meals for the children. Keep track of school requirements, activities, appointments and important dates. Take children to medical, dental, veterinary and other relevant appointments where required. Coordinate children's transport and logistics. Be responsible for the children when the parents are not available. Friday and Saturday evening driving will be required, including collecting the children from parties, friends and social engagements. Be prepared to work occasional later evenings when required by the family's schedule.

Requirements:

• Start date: ASAP start – permanent contract
• Salary: R15 000 per month (gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.95) + overtime will have to be paid for weekend transportation once the maximum of 6 weekend collections / drops off per month has been exceeded.

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
