Au Pair | Rondebosch | R9000 Per Month at Au Pair Extraordinaire

• Working Hours: Wednesday and Friday 12:30 – 17:30 and every 2nd Saturday 10:00 – 14:00

• A family is looking for an AU PAIR for their son 
• Area: Rondebosch
• Children's Ages: 3 year old - Boy
• Child’s Neurodivergence Snapshot: He is sensory-seeking. He is a happy, easy-going child who may need some extra time to process things and can occasionally struggle with routine and transitions, although this is not consistent.
• Support Style: The support style should be relatable and activity-driven, using fun, practical and age-appropriate activities to help him develop important life skills while also supporting his schoolwork and learning. Safety-focused activities and guidance will also be important.
• Working Hours: Wednesday and Friday 12:30 – 17:30 and every 2nd Saturday 10:00 – 14:00
• School Holiday Hours: Same as above / Slightly Flexible
• Duties: School collections, transport to extra murals, homework supervision, preparing snacks or meals, educational play, ensuring bags are packed for the next day and ad hoc evening assistance with prior notice and paid additionally. Family may increase the days to 3 x week days per week next year, depending on candidates availability.
• Start Date & Contract Term: ASAP - permanent
• Salary: R9000pm (Gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.95)

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
