    Business Development Manager (Simeka Health)

    Qualification & Experience

    • Relevant tertiary marketing/sales/financial/investment qualification
    • At least 5 years’ experience in a Business Development or Sales/Marketing role
    • At least 3 years previous experience in the Corporate Health industry specifically with consulting and marketing experience
    • Exposure to and familiarity with the corporate employee benefits industry

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Health & Wellness products & regulatory environment
    • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
    • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
    • Responsible with a high level of accountability
    • Client focus
    • Professional profile
    • Excellent report writing skills

    • Self-motivated with a strong focus on delivery
    • Conceptual thinking skills
