Business Development Manager at The Key Recruitment Group

• The role is principally about managing a small BDR (Business Development Representative) team to generate Leads for the Sales Account Managers in the UK. The BDR/Lead Generation function is part of an overall Business Development objective, and in this sense, the BDR Team will work closely with the Marketing Team, following up on marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Location & Hours

• This is a remote work position
• Monday to Friday between 11:00 am and 19:30 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a small BDR Team (circa 6/12 individuals) to generate leads to set monthly targets.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Liaison with the Marketing Function and other Departments (Sales) to ensure the success of planned outreach campaigns.
• Clear reporting to the Senior Management Team

Essential Experience

• +5 years’ experience in telemarketing and associated marketing
• +3 years’ experience of managing a small Team
• Strong people management, multitasking, quality control and decision-making skills
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools 
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with mature emotional intelligence to maintain the team's health. 

Preferred Experience

• Experience in the Information Technology Industry
