    Business Development Representative

    Role Overview:

    • The Business Development Representative is responsible for driving new business growth by identifying and securing new B2B clients. This role focuses on prospecting, relationship building, solution presentation, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including calls, emails, networking, and in person visits.
    • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
    • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that address business challenges.
    • Prepare proposals, quotations, and supporting sales documentation.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records, including pipeline management and activity tracking.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct market and industry research to identify trends and sales opportunities.
    • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers licence.
    • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Customer focused with a professional and solutions driven approach.
    • Strong organisational, time management, and problem solving abilities.
    • Ability to analyse market information and apply insights to sales strategies.
    • Comfortable using CRM systems and standard productivity tools.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • A confident, energetic, and self driven individual who is comfortable opening new doors, managing a sales pipeline, and building long term client relationships. Commercially minded, target driven, and able to maintain professionalism in all interactions.
