RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Partnering

• Enables BI manager to make sound business decisions as a result of analytical insight.
• Understands business requirements to improve business performance.

Analytics

• Maintain and/or update analytical tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods and review data for trends, patterns, and causal analysis to assist in understanding relevant analytics.

Reporting

• Ensure that reports and data sets answer key stakeholder questions and provide insight to allow stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Translate business needs into reporting requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• An IT/ Commerce related qualification
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in a BI Analyst role
• Analytical tools SQL, MS Office, Tableau
• Commercial Acumen
• Numerical Reasoning
• Analytical, Data Management, Attention to detail
• Understanding of the Customer Life Cycle, Problem Solving Skills
• Advanced Planning skills, Innovation
• Interpersonal skills, Excellent Communication skills and Team working
