Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager at Sanofi

JOB PURPOSE
The Business Intelligence Manager will be responsible for guiding, informing and influencing strategic decisions by providing the commercial team with data driven insights.
You will be responsible to plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of data and business intelligence solutions.

Key Accountabilities

• Work with key stakeholders to effectively define strategic questions and solutions to ensure that analytics and research address key brand needs that will ultimately deliver improved performance.
• Design, develop , maintain and support business intelligence solutions and reports to enable insight generation and assess performance using tools like Qlikview and PowerBI and providing a single source of truth
• Familiar with data storage and transformation solutions: data warehousing, enterprise system data architecture, data processing, data management, and data analysis. (SQL Server , Snowflake)
• Integrate and maintain data from various sources ie (CRM , External vendors , Internal systems)
• Enable automated business reporting and data processes.
• Manage the flow of and delivery of outputs for ad-hoc data requests and analytical insight
• Conducts regular reviews to ensure business needs are met; engaging in delivery with senior management
• Manage data vendors and service providers.
• Define, plan and ensure the execution and exploitation of market studies in order to make recommendations necessary for the development of the marketing and/or commercial strategy of the company.

About You
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of Pharmaceutical Experience, an advantage
• Experienced in business intelligence, market analysis and market research
• 5+ years experience with SQL , SQL Server and ETL processes and data flows.
• 5+ years experience with BI Software (Qlikview , PowerBI, Python)
• Proficient in Excel
• Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of external data sources (Medpages, SSD , IQVIA , ImpactRx)
• Knowledge of CRM systems (MI , Veeva) an advantage
• Team management: ensure the recruitment, evaluation, training and development of employees.
