Business Intelligence Coordinator at Kemin Industries

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the sales CRM program and training to users – NEXA
• Design NEXA and project insight reports.
• Consolidate and publish a weekly customer activity report.
• Support in the execution of our digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Manage relevant marketing and sales SharePoint sites.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

You are:

• Strong analytically
• Able to work effectively in a diverse team environment with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent in verbal and written communication 
• Capable of creating spreadsheets, writing detailed reports and know your way around the MS Office Suite  

Education/Experience:

• Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance or related fields
• Experience in working with a CRM programme will be an advantage. 

Language Skills:

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to effectively speak in front of large groups.

Reasoning Ability:

• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.

Work Environment:

• The position is office based and located at our South African offices in Olifantsfontein, Gauteng.
• Typical office environment.
• Travel may be required.
