Business Leader- Cape Town at Jonsson Workwear

• The Business Leader is responsible for building and leading one of our world-class workwear businesses as if it were their own. They are accountable for inspiring their team to create a brilliant experience where our customers feel delighted, surprised, and excited with every interaction.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

• Accountable for effectively managing the day-to day operations and financial performance of the retail business.
• Actively building and maintaining customer relationships as well as seeking new business opportunities.
• Empowering and inspiring their team to maintain and grow strong long-term customer relationships.
• Continuously searching for new innovative ways of improving the success of the business.
• Proactively searching for incredible people to join the team.
• Have a thorough understanding of our workwear solutions; ensuring their team is also fully aware of our full product and service offering.
• Ensure all our products are always well stocked and merchandised to the highest standard.
• Oversee that all customer orders are processed brilliantly with outstanding orders kept to a minimum.
• Ensuring there is always effective communication with all customers on everything related to their orders and quotations.
• Available to work on weekends when required.

The experience we’re looking for:

• Business development/sales experience.
• Has lead a team of 5 team members or more effectively.
• Highly proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel, Word, Outlook
• Experience with the Syspro ERP system preferable.
• Is fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
