Business Operations Manager at Ozow

You are an ideal candidate if:

• 4+ years' relevant experience in operations, including 2+ years in a scaling technology business (experience in Payments would be a bonus).
• Relevant professional qualification or degree in either accounting, engineering or business preferred
• Experiencing in identifying business pain points, solutions, identifying opportunities, developing work plans, and building support for improvement in processes and tools.
• You have a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to develop flexible solutions, e. g. when to implement vs. test and iterate.
• You are comfortable with Excel to perform financial analysis, PowerPoint to put together presentations and a range of other software.
• You have excellent judgment with ability to process and balance multiple viewpoints and inputs.
