Minimum Requirements
Qualified Technician in Diesel Mechanics or equivalent industry qualification
A minimum of 3 years experience in an Aftersales operation at a dealership or OEM (Original Equipment Manufucture) level
Knowledge and understanding of the LCV (Light Commercial Vehicle) and CV (Commercial Vehicle) sectors
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS office applications
Able to interact with all levels of people internally and externally. In addition, must be able to operate in a diversified cultural environment
Fair and consistent application / implementation of set policies and procedures
Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team

Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure Service and parts departments are following IMSAF's (Isuzu Motors South Africa) best business practices and conformance to the dealer sales and service agreements.
Obtain service department business plan and measure to ensure service departments growth
Ensure dealer delivers world class services, to achieve number one in the industry
Drive dealer towards achieving P&A (Parts and Accessories) purchase targets on monthly basis
Assist/guide dealers in putting plans in place then measure and monitor to ensure a reduction in missed field actions
Conduct audits and ensure that job cards are complete in terms of warranty claims
Review dealer business plan to ensure it incorporates staff competencies and training plans based on a need analysis
Review service departments plan pertaining to retail hours, ensuring the workforce complement is well balanced to achieve targeted retail hours
Audit each dealer to ensure the dealership complies with the required Aftersales standards and IMSAF (Isuzu Motors South Africa) dealer CI (Corporate Identity) standards
Develop purchase loyalty at a dealer level
Assisting dealers with technical issues on product as well as the approval of warranty claims
