Overview:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and business-oriented Programme Manager to oversee a variety of complex and cross-functional projects. This role is essential for driving online fulfilment operations and ensuring that resources are effectively managed and projected. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operational online fulfilment, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work both at a programme level and dive into project details when needed. This is a non-IT focused role.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme Management:

• Oversee multiple projects of varying sizes and shapes within the programme.
• Ensure all projects align with business goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain structure within the programme, without the need for external guidance.

Operational Expertise:

• Bring substantial online fulfilment experience to optimise operations.
• Understand and manage resourcing needs, identifying bottlenecks and projecting future requirements.

Governance and Planning:

• Deeply understand and implement governance structures.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership.
• Engage in detailed planning and ensure cross-functional alignment.

Team Collaboration:

• Act as a team player, fostering strong relationships within and across teams.
• Manage relationships and build effective cross-functional partnerships.

Hands-On Management:

• Take ownership of tasks and drive actions to resolution.
• Operate autonomously with a hands-on approach.
• Demonstrate the ability to cut through ambiguity and solve issues efficiently.

Business Understanding:

• Develop and track business cases and value metrics.
• Understand and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage change effectively and conduct business assessments.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in online fulfilment operations.
• Proven track record as a programme manager with the ability to dive into project details.
• Strong understanding of resource management and forecasting.
