Expression of Interest

As the Project Lead you will be responsible for the coordination and successful completion of the project tasks. You will be accountable for the delivery of multimedia projects, programmes with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Managing deliverables according to a plan
• Lead and manage the project team
• Establishing a project schedule and determining each phase
• Allocate tasks to the project team members, coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of the project
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes, objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Developing a detailed project plan
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Performa risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Provide regular updates to upper management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or related.
• Minimum 5 years working experience managing medium to large complexity programmes
• Experience in managing infrastructure projects or infrastructure on Business projects in a multiple client environment
• Working knowledge of the Wealth Management industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
