Business Solution Analyst (Mining) at Krypton Mining

Main Purpose of Job
Solution Analyst will be responsible for collecting, planning, driving and documentation the business requirements and functional requirements for Krypton’s mining clients. Will be part of various cross-functional teams that drives digitalisation for international mining houses. Required to be knowledgeable in both business and systems analysis for digital mining solutions.

Desired Qualifications

• B Engineering Degree, BSc Computer Science or BSc. Information Technology
• Microsoft and Azure certifications
• SQL Database experience

Experience

• 2-5 years working experience in the application of both business and systems analysis for digital mining solutions
• Experience with Mining Systems
• IT and ICT solution design and delivery experience
• Experience in Mining Value Chain
• Basic IT skills to support hardware, software and understanding of networks

Key Performance Areas:

• Business Requirements and Functional Requirements Definition
• Perform Business Analysis by investigating technical problems and/or opportunities for system enhancement in detail
• Gathering data, defining and analysing the problem/opportunity
• Identifying alternative solutions and course of action
• Translate requirements into architecture design for different projects
• Ensure designs adhere to architectural standards and are practically implementable
• Validate solutions for quality, architectural and functional requirements
• Ensure all test efforts are planned, monitored and executed
• Working closely with solution Architects and coordinating technical activities
• Ensure successful handover into operations (Ensure the end-to-end delivery)
• Maintenance and support of solutions
