Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business System Analyst to join our team in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in analyzing business requirements, creating reports, and offering insights for process improvement. This position requires a strong understanding of FMCG industry practices and proficiency in report creation tools.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions for enhanced efficiency and productivity within the FMCG industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and technical deliverables.
• Create comprehensive and accurate reports, utilizing appropriate tools and methodologies, to present data-driven insights and make informed business decisions.
• Evaluate and validate data integrity, perform data analysis, and provide actionable recommendations for process improvement.
• Manage end-to-end report development, including requirement gathering, data extraction, analysis, visualization, and distribution.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the effective integration and utilization of data infrastructure and systems.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify potential enhancements for reporting and analysis processes.
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Adhere to data privacy and security guidelines and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Business System Analyst in the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in report creation and analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of FMCG industry practices, processes, and challenges.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
• Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering comprehensive reports that drive business decisions and support process optimization.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex concepts and findings to stakeholders at various levels.
