Business Systems Alignment Analyst - Payments

Payment System Setup and Design

• Set up payment systems to accommodate site payments for new clinical trials.
• Design Subject Visit Templates, site contract language, and the implementation of EDC and other source data points to trigger site payments.
• Design EDC/source data integration with payment systems.
• Review, assess, and recommend legal language for Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), Amendments, and Notification Letters.

Data and Payment Alignment

• Design site contract budget terms that align with Payment System Visit Template designs and integrate with source data triggers.
• Influence Sponsors to design EDC data points that ensure data is captured appropriately to trigger site payments.

Responsibilities and Skills

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work across various IQVIA and Sponsor teams.
• Proactively collaborate with key stakeholders and Sponsors to ensure financial systems are properly aligned.
• Influence Sponsor decisions and drive alignment initiatives.
• Lead project teams through escalations and interface issues, managing stakeholders to achieve solutions.
• Conduct training calls with key project stakeholders.

Process Improvement

• Review existing processes and recommend improvements, particularly within study start-up and alignment activities.

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of conference calls and stakeholder discussions.
• Ability to learn and deliver training remotely via teleconferencing.
• Ability to work collaboratively within both regional and global team environments.
• Strong capability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box and apply logical reasoning.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment.
