Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Source products, negotiate pricing and secure best-value deals.
Manage stock levels, prevent overstocking and out-of-stock situations.
Analyse sales trends and plan weekly/monthly purchasing.
Handle supplier queries, customer requests, backorders and COAs.
Manage pricing updates, promotions and communication with sales.
Track outstanding purchase orders in conjunction with the backorder reports
Identify new product opportunities and support business growth.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is complete.
Support warehouse operations, stock counts and cross-functional tasks.
