Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12/Standard 10 (Essential/Minimum)
• Certificate Purchasing & Stores Mngt (Essential/Minimum)
• 3 Years relevent experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or Buying (Essential/Minimum)
• Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as SAP MM or Coupa 
• Competence in the SAP Position Specific Module (Essential/Minimum)
• Competance in MS Office Relevant Package (Essential/Minimum)
• Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum)
• Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum)
• Demonstrable ability to manage procurement processes, including tender management and supplier negotiations
• Experience adhering to Safety, Health, and Environmental policies is highly desirable

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Administer procurement processes by generating low-level reporting on Key Performance Indicators and maintaining continuity with end users and suppliers to ensure service delivery standards are met.
• Support business partnerships by evaluating, identifying, and aiding partners to develop disciplined sourcing capabilities and providing process guidance during transactions.
• Manage commercial, logistics, and supplier control processes by compiling and issuing RFQs/tenders, evaluating tenders, negotiating prices and delivery times, and expediting purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, supply chain policies, and other governance frameworks.
• Promote and implement functional excellence by adhering to policies, simplifying processes, eliminating redundancies, and engaging in best practice sharing.
• Manage performance by adhering to procedures, upholding company culture, and fostering teamwork within the function.
• Source suppliers that offer commercial and technical advantages, ensuring product quality and quantity, and achieving procurement savings targets.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
