About the role    

• Medirite Healthcare is looking for a detail-oriented Buyers Assistant to provide administrative support to the Buyer.

The role focuses on:

• accurate data capturing
• maintaining records
• preparing reports
• resolving queries to support efficient buying operations within the Healthcare division.

What you'll do    

• Capture and maintain buying-related information accurately and on time.
• File documents and keep records organised and up to date.
• Request and generate supplier and store performance reports.
• Respond professionally to store and supplier queries by email and telephone.
• Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the Buyer.

What you bring    

• Matric certificate
• At least one year of experience in a retail or commercial environment.
• Strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP Buying or Retail systems.
