Car Rental Agent at Kelly

We are currently seeking a Car Rental Agent with experience in the Car Rental space, for a position based in Maitland, for a 1 year contract.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for interacting with customers interested in renting various vehicles
• Qualify customers using company rental requirement guidelines
• Review all rental parameters with each client
• Process bookings and explain the terms of rental or leasing agreements to clients
• Prepare all rental and return documents accurately
• Prepare rental agreement folders with necessary details
• Disclose rates and terms of rentals and get signatures through effective sales techniques
•  Keep a well maintained reservation log
• Update rental agreement files and notify customers of overdue rented vehicles
• Process rental extensions
• Ensure accuracy of return date and time on rental agreement
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Answering phones and resolving any issues that may arise
• Offering optional products to enhance and meet customer expectations and needs

Qualifications

• Grade 12: Maths as a passed subject
• Analytical thinker with cash management skills
• Valid drivers license
• At least 2 years’ experience in car rental space
• Must be fully computer literate
