Car Sales Executive: Bloemfontein at FS Personnel Recruitment

Job Overview

• Our client is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join their team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling both new and pre‑owned vehicles, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
• This role requires a confident, target‑driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proven experience in the motor industry.
• Salary: R11 000 – R15 000 basic + competitive commission structure (based on experience)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7:30 – 17:00
• Every Second Saturday: 8:30 – 13:00

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Minimum 3 years’ vehicle sales experience (new or used cars)
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Outgoing, confident personality with strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation ability
• Target‑driven and self‑motivated
• Professional appearance
