We are seeking a Care Coordinator to join our dedicated team based in Bellville, Western Cape. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and effective care for patients by working closely with both Healthcare Professionals and patients themselves.
As part of our team, you will primarily focus on sourcing and providing suitable nursing and care staff to fulfill care packages requested by our agency. You will be responsible for ensuring that agency workers understand their roles and responsibilities, and will communicate extensively with care providers, families, and agency staff via telephone, chats, and teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer care skills, with a background in healthcare being advantageous but not essential. To succeed in this role, you should be able to manage multiple situations simultaneously, think quickly on your feet, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
