Caretaker at Trafalgar Property and Financial Services

Position Requirements:

The Caretaker will serve the Body Corporate faithfully and honestly and use care and skill in the performance of his/her duties.

The Caretaker will perform the following duties:

• Oversee Maintenance.
• Oversee Employees.
• Take monthly bulk readings of utility and send through to Trafalgar.
• Take monthly water readings and send through to Trafalgar.
• Keep parking schedule up to date and to allocate parking accordingly.
• Approve access of new residents and inform Trafalgar to update access systems.
• Inspect common area on a daily basis and report any issues to Trafalgar.
• Provide access to contractors for any reason upon the request from Trafalgar.
• Carry out monthly inventory count of stock and restock when necessary.
• Any reasonable request from the Trustees.
• Access control
• Check camera footage.
