Cash Loans Consultant: Bloemfontein at FS Personnel Recruitment

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required
• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in cash loans, sales or marketing
• Valid driver’s licence and Own transport
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English); Sotho will be advantageous
• Ability to work under pressure

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Market and sell cash loan products to new and existing clients
• Generate new business through active marketing and client engagement
• Assist clients with loan applications and ensure all required documentation is completed
• Conduct affordability assessments and basic credit checks
• Assess client needs and provide suitable financial solutions
• Follow up on leads and convert applications into successful sales
• Maintain accurate client records and update system information
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and lending regulations
• Meet and exceed set sales targets
• Provide professional and efficient customer service at all times
• Must have knowledge of debt collection and cash handling processes

Salary: R10 000 – R15 000 offered with pension fund benefits. No commission payable.
