• Drive a culture of quality and excellence in all our functions
• Lead and monitor remedial processes for any failures that have occurred
• Train staff in using quality tools to help with problem solving
• Monitor progress on all Value Stream Mappings as well as Sixsigma projects
• Ensure accountability by holding yourself and other accountable to meeting commitments
• Manage conflict effectively

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Experience in quality and related processes
• Understanding of finance and related processes will be beneficial
• Strong customer focus
• The ability to solve problems using systematic analysis by leveraging applicable tools
