• Performs preventative maintenance activities as per documented schedules and conducts maintenance of Cummins engines as well as to troubleshoot and diagnose faults
• Repair engines within Cummins spec and Cummins SRT’s and performs downloads with all interventions in engines
• Perform warranty repair as per the warranty policies and adhere to all safety and health standards of both the mine site, the company, and the country
• Establish/maintain good customer relations and ensure prompt and efficient attention to customer needs
