    Client Partner

    Description: 

    • As a Client Partner, you will focus on developing strategies for our internal communications, encompassing HR, Employee Experience, Facilities, IT, Legal, and Security. Your primary responsibilities will include strategizing, implementing, and analyzing the effectiveness of our communication efforts. 

    Responsibilities: Key Liaison and Communication 

    • Provide service and support to key brands within the Group from a Client Service/Account Management perspective. 
    • Develop internal communication campaigns for key brands. 
    • Collaborate closely with the Clients, Marketing Managers, Creative Team, and external partners to generate creative ideas and solutions that align with brand strategies. 

    Thought Leadership 

    • Maintain a broad vision to see the bigger picture and guide projects effectively. 
    • Oversee each step of the execution process, from inception to reporting. 
    • Apply a methodical approach to the creative process and holistic project management. 
    • Strategy development on behalf of our clients, and produce detailed reports. 
    • Offer creative direction and insights for briefings. 
    • Generate innovative concepts and ideas, ensuring their successful execution. 
    • Manage time effectively and develop project scopes.
    • Create, develop, manage, and track the rollout of communication strategies. 

    Requirements: 

    • Relevant marketing qualification (diploma or degree in marketing, communications). 
    • 3 years of marketing experience in Brand/Account Management within an agency or a similar environment. 
    • Proven experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. 
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
    • Strong presentation skills. 
    • Experience with marketing project management tools.

    Trainer

    • Description:
      Our Trainers should always look the part, act the part, and treat their physical environment as a reflection of their legacy and ours. We’ve created a program that gives our Trainees incredible access, exposure and the opportunity to succeed in a demanding environment.

    The detail

    • Training preparation and facilitation - Update lesson plans, training material and versions to be used in facilitation of training in accordance with our curriculum, systems and/or product changes.
    • Be an industry Thought Leader - Constantly look for ways to up-skill and familiarize yourself with business related developments and enhancements in the industry. Constantly seek ways to improve the training experience and share your ideas with your colleagues.

    Coach and Develop our Trainees and new Employees - Provide additional support to the new agents during the first full month throughout our training phases and into full production. Identify development gaps of Trainees and new agents to assist their managers with helping our new employees achieve optimal performance. Provide ongoing feedback to the recruitment team to assist in the improvement of the calibre of future hires.

    • Reporting and Assessments - Conducts and submits Skills Gap Analysis reports for existing staff as required. Submit daily reports. Prepare candidates for tests and assessments.

    Requirements:
    Are you this person?

    • Do you have your matric, as well as your Train the Trainer, and RE?
    • While a coaching qualification is preferred, coaching experience is essential.
    • Are you qualified as, or interested in becoming, an accredited assessor?
    • Do you have a minimum of 2 years’ training experience, product, systems and/or soft skills training?
    • Do you have training experience relevant to a contact centre and/or other high volume environment?
    • This position is an International role, working shifts start from 4pm/7pm - Monday - Friday

    Digital Sales Lead (Mobile)

    • Description:
      The purpose of the Digital Sales Lead is to lead, strategize and grow digital advertising/promotions and market research sales for premium direct agencies, advertising partners and clients. This position aims to drive customer service excellence, foster enduring client relationships, and achieve digital advertising sales targets through effective strategic planning, market analysis and Halaala brand championing. This position will play a crucial role in increasing advertiser interest and favourability, driving sales and increasing revenue, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.

    Take to Market Sales Strategy

    • Develop and define a sales strategy focused on aggressively growing premium ad sales and revenue for direct IO advertising.

    Sales Pipeline and Targets

    • Effectively grow the overall sales pipeline and achieve or exceed sales targets.

    Advertiser Leads and Relationships

    • Work closely with the Ignition Media Head to create and maintain an advertiser leads list.
      Develop and build strong relationships with existing and prospective advertisers, agencies, shopper marketers and research houses to foster and expand advertiser loyalty and attract advertising budgets.

    Client Collaboration

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their brand objectives, KPIs, target audiences, and unique cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

    Sales Collateral and Media Kits

    • Create and maintain sales collateral, media kits, and proposal templates.

    Internal Collaboration

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and expand opportunities across the broader Ignition group.
      Actively collaborate with internal teams to create unique commercial opportunities within the Halaala ecosystem.

    Reporting and Analysis

    • Regularly report on sales revenue targets, actuals, forecasts, and pipeline.
      Analyze market shifts, seasonality, trends, and competitor landscape.

    Audience Monetization Strategy

    • Work closely with the Head of Ignition Media to define and build the Halaala audience monetization strategy and assist with implementation based on advertiser needs and requirements.
