Centralised Collections Bridge Analyst at Capitec Bank

Purpose Statement

To provide support to the Centralised Collections team through analyses of client and agent behaviour and business trends in order to develop and deliver appropriate management information reports. The aim of these is to provide management, the department, and the broader business with real insight and perspective in order to formulate and/or drive appropriate operational and tactical/strategic actions

Minimum Experience

Minimum of 2 -3 years’ relevant business and/or data analysis working experience

Ideal

Collections and/or Contact Centre experience; reporting experience; Capitec Bank experience

Qualifications (Minimum)

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational in Grade 12 National Certificate or Mathematics

Qualifications (Ideal Or Preferred)

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Mathematics or Information Technology - Technical Support

Minimum

• Understanding of business analysis and requirements gathering

• Financial services end to end client journeys
