Change Manager at Datacentrix

 Our external client based in Johannesburg is looking for a Change Manager on a contractual basis. The successful incumbent will be required to track, facilitate and manage all changes within the IIT capital Portfolio

Requirements:

• 5 year's experience in Change Management 
• ADKAR certificate 
• Any Mining related experience

Role profile:

• Identifying individual Key Stakeholders and Stakeholder groups
• Conducting regular interviews with individuals / groups to analyse expectations and concerns
• Managing requirements
• Providing information to Stakeholders on a consistent basis
• Assisting the Sponsor in their role of supporting the Project Team, Key Stakeholders and End users throughout the Project Lifecycle
• The change manager will provide support to all project managers within the IIT capital portfolio for both infrastructure and application projects. 
• The change manager will be required to work closely with project teams and play an integral role in pro actively identifying where change management is required.
• The role will assist in communicating change to critical business stakeholders, reporting and tracking of Milestones, facilitating workshops and training and ultimately measuring the effect of the changes on the Organisation.
